5. baby kicks

7. kids and babies in halloween costumes

8. watching christmas movies in october

things that make me terribly happy 2012 #1

its been quite some time since i did a "things that make me terribly happy" list.

so i decided to give it a go, bring it back, & make it a regular staple (or try anyway) at the blog.

here it goes:

1. getting customer appreciation photos. they always make me smile.

2. the fact that football (for us) is over til next season.

3. that winter finally showed up this morning. it was cold. and i loved it.

4. 3 pints of beer for $7. and good beer. cant beat that!

5. the feeling knowing my paycheck friday doesnt go towards my car.

6. odd but true, listening to old ladies laughing with one another.  it makes me giggle.

7. watching good movies. even if i've seen them a million time or two times. they are still good movies.

8. upbeat music to get my morning going. have you head avicii yet? love, love!

9. getting real simple in the mail. my 2012 subscription has started.

10. valentine's day is a month away. time for pink, red & hearts everywhere!!

these smells are welcome and familar.. hello autumn!

the husband and i galavanted at the greatest fair on Earth, yesterday. 

the rain didnt stop us.

welcomed by Big Tex saying "Howdy Folks," I knew exactly Autumn had arrived.

i got my fix of a corn dog and funnel cake.  i passed on the fried oreos this time, but the funnel cake didnt make me miss them any less.

we feed a few babies at the petting zoo.

 have i mentioned i want a baby goat yet? because i do!

we scoped out a few cars that we may be getting next.

we ate lots of yummy samples.

and we even visited a texas history museum.

1. Holiday Music all Month on 103.7 Lite FM
2. Febreeze Holiday Scents
3. Not having to count calories
4. Christmas lights EVERYWHERE
5. Hot Chocolate w/ LOTS and LOTS of Marshmellows
6. Snuggling with the Mister
7. Christmas movies - New and Old  (What's Your Favorite?)
8. Wrapping Paper and Bows - I particularly like her paper this year
9. Bundling up with Pea Coats, Scarves, Mittens and Boots
10. SNOW! We may rarely get it here - but I love seeing photos of others snow adventures when we don't see any.
